Click the 'Contact Us' Link below to receive  important information concerning payment, claims processing, billing rates, terms of service and conditions.  Hourly labor rates have been pre-negotiated by Agri-Sure and our network of dealers.  Service providers who are out of network may charge different rates than dealers who are contracted with a dealer agreement by Agri-Sure, and may receive a different labor schedule per hour rate than our contracted dealers.
